When you call the number (like report above, sounds like some toothless redneck in her basement), the answering service tries to get a credit card # for payment, then says office is closed for the day.

Black man called me from this number claiming he was calling from a public phone in Manhattan, NY...Never seen such number anywhere in New York State....Like many above, I called back and got busy signal...still asking myself could it be possible?
